These Terms govern your use of the Hexagram Minning platform. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding agreements.
- The service may not be available in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you live.
- We may require identity verification (KYC) before deposits, investments, or withdrawals.
2. Plans and daily credits
- Plans have a fixed duration (7, 15, or 30 days) and a published daily rate (0.02%, 0.05%, or 0.08%).
- Daily credits are calculated server-side and applied once per day at 12:00 AM West Africa Time.
- Invested capital is locked for the plan term and released to your available balance on the maturity date.

3. Deposits
- Minimum deposit: $10 / ₦10,000. Maximum deposit: $1,000 / ₦1,000,000.
- Accepted methods: Nigerian bank transfer (NGN) and USDT (TRC20, BEP20).
- NGN and USDT deposits are converted to USD at the rate shown at the time of deposit.
- A 3% deposit bonus is credited when a deposit is confirmed.
4. Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: $5 / ₦5,000. A 7% fee applies and is shown before you confirm.
- One withdrawal request may be submitted per day.
- Locked investment capital cannot be withdrawn until it is released.
- Withdrawals are subject to review and may be delayed or declined for security or compliance reasons.
5. Referral program
- A one-time 5% bonus is paid to the direct referrer on a referred user's first confirmed deposit.
- Referrers receive 6% / 4% / 2% of the daily profit actually credited to their level 1 / 2 / 3 referrals.
- Self-referral, fake accounts, or abuse of the program may result in forfeiture of commissions and account closure.
6. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
7. Suspension
We may freeze or close accounts where required by law, to investigate suspected fraud, or for breach of these Terms.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app. Plan rates locked at purchase apply to that investment for its full term.
